Reliable and worth the money if you like lots of toppings on your burger. Fries are always great. We order on the website and the service is always quick and food always hot :)

I'd never heard of Five Guys before. I thought it was some sort of delivery group which handled orders from five chains. The staff here don't seem particularly rushed or hassled, and are very engaging with customers. However, they fulfil orders within a reasonable time, Place is very clean; very minimal food pieces left under the tables and even then, they're swept up by the highly responsive staff. Minimal veggie options, but this appears to be because they concentrate on getting 'the best' and don't want to just provide such as a sideline. Plenty of potatoes on display, with traceable source as to which farm UK they came from. Lots of Americana on the walls. I even saw a staff member come in on his day off and brought his children in, to eat. I've never seen a fast food restaurant worker do this before: they just usually want to get out of Dodge outside of working hours. Prices are about 20% higher than I'd like, but I'm not complaining. Online ordering is possible using their app (just a front end to their www). It's a bit clunky and could do with a rewrite but, again, not complaining. They are also OK about online ordering when you're actually sitting there already, unlike some places.

Food was delicious and fresh. Really friendly staff. Clean shop. It was a bit empty at lunch but after looking at reviews we decided to order. Not disappointed the portions were so big.

Been to eat here a handful of times over the recent years, but today was worth reviewing! Service was amazing at the till, the team were all happy and engaged in the kitchen and the food was incredible! Could do with some music or something playing to enhance the atmosphere and the tables need to be levelled to stop the rocking..but these are petty things. Summary: Brilliant Service, Banging Food.

First time visiting today. Staff were excellent in particular Elliot who served us. He went above and beyond to explain the menu. He was very friendly and professional - an asset to the restaurant. The prices are higher than other fast food places but the burger was huge, juicy and delicious, and the portion of cajun fries that me and my partner shared (a large) was more than enough. I love the fact you can help yourself to mayo. Overall I'd say it was worth the money and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Delicious freshly cooked food. Burgers fries so delicious especially vegetables one. Food preparation place , Floor, tables & Men's room spotless clean. Only suggestion is background playing music should not be so loud. Darren and 3 other team mates very good in team work. Well done you guys. Love you @Five Guys Worcester, you all made our Worcester day trip lunch so special memorable. Hope to see you soon in future.
